I recently downloaded and installed Call of Duy Modern Warfare, including Campaign Pack 1, Campaign Pack 2, Multiplayer Pack and Special Ops Pack 1. When I am at the main menu and select Campaign I get the message: You are missing one or more Single Player DLC Packs. Please download and install.

With Call of Duty MW there are packs to install for campaign and multiplayer. Go to my games and apps, highlight CODMW>go to manage game>look under ready to install. There should be a pack for campaign and Multiplayer. Campaign pack 1 and 2, and multiplayer pack. Hope this helps.
