Beginning 05/11/2017, MLG will launch a GameBattles Beta for Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare. Within the beta, GameBattles will integrate player information from the website into Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare and use it to automatically create custom games. The results of the custom games will then be sent back to GameBattles website.

The information comes from a Target pre-order card, which you get when pre-ordering the game from the retailer. On the back of the card, there’s a place where you can scratch to reveal a code.
